Esther Boyle

Esther Elaine Boyle, 66, Vermillion, died Wednesday, January 17, 2007 at the Nemaha Valley Community Hospital, Seneca.

She was born January 11, 1941 the daughter of John H. Kline and Lola Stigge Kline at rural Fairbury, Nebraska. She graduated from Daykin High School in 1957. After graduating from high school she attended business school in Omaha, Nebraska. Mrs. Boyle had worked as a paraprofessional in the Fairbury schools and had been a secretary at Frankfort Schools. She had also taught art lessons from her home. She was a member of the Marysville Christian Fellowship Assembly of God Church.

She was married February 14, 1960 at Daykin, Nebraska to Franklin Marschman. He preceded her in death February 2, 1975. She married Jack B. Boyle July 15, 1978 in Fairbury, Nebraska. He survives at the home in Vermillion.


Other survivors of Mrs. Boyle include three daughters, Sandra Stevens, Weyerhauser, Wisconsin, Marcia Young, Oketo, Kansas, and Rhonda Heinen, Axtell, Kansas; three step-sons, Jack A. Boyle, Blue Rapids, Kansas, Gary Boyle, Holton, Kansas, and Troy Boyle, Plains, Kansas; a sister, Odetta Lintz, Beatrice, Nebraska; four brothers, Elmer Kline, Daykin, Nebraska, Larry Kline, Grand Island, Nebraska, LeRoy Kline, Omaha, Nebraska, and LaVerne Kline, Fairbury, Nebraska; 15 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband Franklin Marschman and a grandson, Dawson Heinen.

Funeral services were Saturday, January 20, 2007 at the Marysville Christian Fellowship Assembly of God at 1:00 p.m. Pastor Rick Glowacki and Bob Boyle presided. Bear Boyle was the soloist. Burial followed in the Rose Hill Cemetery, Axtell. Casket bearers were be Damon Young, Brent Boyle, Jordan Heinen, Payton Heinen, Lee Stevens, Evan Stevens, and Hunter Boyle. The Landreth-Popkess Funeral Home in Axtell. KS is in charge of arrangements.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Gideon Bible Society or to Johnson Cancer Center at Kansas State University and left in care of the funeral home.
