Hermena Fiegener
August 27, 1925 — September 26, 2012
Hermena M. Fiegener was born on August 27, 1925 the daughter of Herman C. Fiegener, Jr. and Magdelena (Eichman) Fiegener at Flush, Kansas. She was one of four children born to this union.
She worked for the Sabetha Hospital for several years and then worked at Flair-Fold in Hiawatha for several years.
She was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Sabetha.
Hermena died on Wednesday, September 26, 2012 at the Sabetha Manor at the age of 87. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Averill J. Fiegener and Donald Fiegener and one sister, Bernice Fast. She is survived by several nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial will be recited Saturday, September 29, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Sabetha. A rosary will be recited at 8:30 a.m. at the church. The interment will be made in the Topeka Cemetery. Memorial contribution may be made to the Sabetha Manor sent in care of Popkess Mortuary in Sabetha.
